Rozell Hammou is an ambitious participant in Growthbuilt’s Cadet Program, which offers a comprehensive professional development experience through on-the-job rotations and bespoke training. While completing her studies, Rozell joined Growthbuilt in 2023 as a full-time employee in a 2-year rotational program. This program immerses her in various roles, teams, and projects, providing a well-rounded foundation in the construction industry.

Nathan Carr is a Site Manager with over 13 years of experience. At Growthbuilt, he supervises and manages all site activities, ensuring projects stay on budget, on time, and meet quality standards. Savanna Song is an experienced Estimator in our New Business Team.
