Working closely with Project Managers, Dominic oversees trade partner analysis, procurement, and contract management from pre-tender to project delivery, ensuring adherence to Growthbuilt’s policies and procedures.

While completing her studies, Rozell joined Growthbuilt in 2023 as a full-time employee in a 2-year rotational program. This program immerses her in various roles, teams, and projects, providing a well-rounded foundation in the construction industry.

Nathan Carr is a Site Manager with over 13 years of experience. At Growthbuilt, he supervises and manages all site activities, ensuring projects stay on budget, on time, and meet quality standards. Nathan oversees subcontractors, labor, suppliers, and equipment, maintaining seamless site operations in line with Growthbuilt’s Integrated Management System.

Elvis Coelho is a Senior Health, Safety, and Environment Manager at Growthbuilt. He promotes a positive safety culture, develops and maintains HSE policies, and ensures compliance through site inspections, risk assessments, and audits. Elvis also provides training and support to site teams, fostering a safe working environment and preventing incidents.

Olivia Miller-Smith is a Project Manager in Growthbuilt’s Small Works team. She leads the delivery phase, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. Olivia coordinates with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, oversees scheduling, monitors progress, and mitigates risks, all while maximizing commercial and client satisfaction.
