Lianna is a highly accomplished design leader with over 20 years of experience in construction and architecture, including 16 years at Growthbuilt. She leads all design activities and oversees the integration of environmental, health, and quality requirements across projects. Lianna also manages and mentors the design and services team, supporting high performance and continuous improvement. Lianna works closely with on- and off-site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with all regulatory and project-specific standards. Known for her practical, solutions-focused approach, she combines creative thinking with strong technical knowledge and project management expertise. She has a proven track record of steering and delivering on project objectives, consistently exceeding client expectations through thoughtful planning and a clear understanding of design and construction requirements. Her ability to balance design intent with value management and cost control is widely recognised, along with her proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
