Don brings over 30 years of industry experience and a diverse array of qualifications to his role as Head of Safety at Growthbuilt. Leading a team across Growthbuilt’s portfolio, Don oversees safety systems, processes, and culture. He  effectively drives safety outcomes, continuously enhancing safety practices and fostering a culture of mutual vigilance, care, and support.

His qualifications include certification as an ICAM investigator and Lead Auditor (ISO 9001). He is also a Fellow of the Safety Institute of Australia (FSIA) and a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (UK) (FIIRSM). These accolades reflect his deep commitment to maintaining and advancing safety standards within the industry. His academic background, with a PhD in Psychology, reinforces his insights of human behaviour, placing people at the core of his safety approach.

Don’s leadership inspires a proactive safety mindset throughout the organisation, demonstrating his dedication to safeguarding the well-being of everyone on site.
