Uniting Nareen Gardens Bateau Bay Stage 1

Stage 1 of the Uniting Nareen Gardens redevelopment delivers 76 new Independent Living Units within the existing retirement village at Bateau Bay on the NSW Central Coast. A rejuvenation of the existing facilities, the works form the first phase of a broader two-stage masterplan to renew and future-proof the village.

The project includes demolition and remediation works, new low-rise residential buildings, undercroft basement parking, construction of new private roads, stormwater infrastructure and landscaped shared spaces that will support everyday connection and amenity.

Construction is being undertaken within the still operational retirement village. Delivery has been planned around careful staging, early services upgrades and diversions, and close day-to-day coordination to ensure safety, access and comfort for residents, staff and neighbouring properties throughout the works.
