Sydney Children’s Hospital

The Childrens Intensive Care Unit (CICU) Hostel and Medical Imaging Department are at the heart of the hospital’s operations, impacting thousands of young lives each year. The Medical Imaging Department alone handles over 10,500 critical scans annually.

Recognising the importance of these facilities, our team embarked on a mission to revitalise these areas, transforming them into modern, welcoming spaces.

The project included installing new flooring, custom-built joinery, and fresh coats of paint. We revamped the bathrooms, upgraded the blinds, and rejuvenated the dining and living areas in the CICU Hostel.

In the Medical Imaging Department, we focused on creating a child-friendly environment. This included updating the flooring and paint, as well as redesigning the waiting and play areas to ease the stress of hospital visits for both children and parents.
