Edinglassie Stage 2 Redevelopment (ILU)

This extensive redevelopment replaces outdated 1970s Independent Living Units with 147 new ILUs at Edinglassie Village, adjacent to the existing 100-bed Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF). The project comprises five buildings, a clubhouse, basement parking, and environmental upgrades. Delivered in a live environment, the complex, staged works are carefully coordinated to ensure resident safety, continuous access, and uninterrupted RACF operations.
