Project win | Uniting Nareen Gardens Stage 1 under way at Bateau Bay

Growthbuilt has been appointed by Uniting to deliver Stage 1 of the Nareen Gardens redevelopment at Bateau Bay on the NSW Central Coast, continuing a strong partnership focused on quality seniors living.

he project will deliver 76 new independent living apartments, basement parking and shared resident amenities across three buildings. Works are taking place within the operating village and an established neighbourhood, with careful planning to keep residents safe and minimise disruption. Early site works and investigations are underway, supported by community information sessions as the project progresses.
