It was a pleasure to welcome the Minister of Housing and Homelessness, Hon. Clare O’Neil, to the site of Boronia Apartments in Waterloo. This development will deliver safe, secure, and quality homes for low to moderate income households, addressing the critical need for affordable housing in Sydney.

In partnership with Housing Australia and City West Housing Pty Ltd, this project is a key step toward providing affordable, sustainable living for our communities. With the structure nearing completion and set to be finalised by mid-October, Boronia Apartments will offer 74 apartments, 12 parking spaces, and a retail tenancy—providing a much-needed boost to the local area.
