Earlier this year, Growthbuilt proudly sponsored the NSW Retirement Forum Outlook hosted by the Property Council NSW. This prestigious event provided a crucial platform for industry leaders to engage in discussions vital to the future of retirement living and aged care.

At the forum, Growthbuilt made a significant impact through multifaceted contributions. Our team members actively participated in insightful panel discussions, sharing expertise and perspectives aimed at fostering positive change and innovation within the retirement living sector.

In the past six months alone, Growthbuilt has successfully delivered two Seniors Living Projects, including one Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF), with another project in the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) stage. Additionally, we have two projects in pre-construction, one nearing topping-out, and another approaching completion, collectively adding approximately 700 beds to the market.

But our momentum continues, as we remain committed to advancing and expanding our contributions in the sector.
