Lumia The Orchards

Lumia features 330 luxurious apartments, ranging from refined one to four-bedroom units. The project includes four levels of basement parking, private and communal spaces, a resort-style swimming pool, a publicly accessible linear park, and the delivery of a new public road, Lucinda Avenue. Lumia offers an unparalleled standard of living for its future residents.

A unique element of this project was the innovative use of bathroom pods instead of conventional bathrooms. Over 500 pods were utilised, significantly saving time and reducing waste during construction. This approach not only streamlined the building process but also contributed to the project’s sustainability goals.
